Dakota Fanning looks stunning in a floor-length green gown as she attends the star-studded New York City premiere of the new horror movie The Watchers.

Attending the star-studded New York City premiere of The Watchers on Sunday, Dakota Fanning put on a sophisticated show.

The 30-year-old actress from Uptown Girls, who previously showed off her stylish side at a picture call for the upcoming supernatural horror movie, hung out on the red carpet with other famous people before the showing at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater, reported Mail Online.

The blonde beauty wore a dark green, figure-hugging dress with a short train that trailed behind the star and a dramatic, plunging neckline on the front.

Gold straps held up Fanning's attire, which also covered up the shoes she chose to wear to the celebration.

Her long hair, parted in the middle, flowed in gentle waves past her shoulders with ease.

Dakota opted for a simple accessory look, adding a glittery ring to her right hand and a gold bracelet to her left wrist.

Her makeup was applied classically, with a faint shimmering shadow around her eyes and a coat of mascara on her lashes.

She applied a satin, nude-colored tint to her lips as a final touch, then added a pink blush to her cheeks for a luminous glow.

Before The Watchers screened, Fanning arrived at the location and struck a number of stances.

Ishana Night Shyamalan, the film's director, is most known for being the highly regarded filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan's daughter. His credits include work on films including Signs (2002), The Visit (2015), The Sixth Sense (1999), and Old (2021).

In addition to Dakota, Siobhan Hewlett, Georgina Campbell, Olwen Fouéré, and Oliver Finnegan were all cast in the project.

According to IMDB, the plot revolves around a young artist who goes lost in a vast, pristine forest in western Ireland. After seeking refuge, she finds herself stuck with three strangers and is pursued by enigmatic creatures every night.

May featured Fanning gushing about working with Ishana, who also made her directorial debut with The Watchers, in an interview with Screen Rant.

The actress said, "It's hard to believe that this is Ishana's first feature-length directing," adding that she also penned the script.

"She's a pleasure to be around because, as a human being, she's just a really lovely and kind person."

"She has a very clear idea of what she is looking for visually and [when it comes to] directing actors," says the director, "which is something I think you find a lot with people who have written the material."

Ishana "did such a wonderful job of blending the fantasy and the groundedness of the story," Fanning later remarked.

And it seems to me that Night is a really talented person from whom she has clearly learned a lot. Being with such a vibrant group of artists was enjoyable because they are a true family.

Ishana, who attended the glamorous premiere as well, looked stunning in a form-fitting, light gray dress with a knit fabric around her neck for a dramatic touch.

She also added a splash of color to the ensemble by donning a pair of red shoes with exposed toes.

The actress's black hair was pulled back into a sleek updo and parted to the side, letting her side bangs delicately land on her forehead.

She wore a smokey shadow around her eyes and applied a coat of mascara to her lashes before adding a set of stunning silver earrings.

Her cheekbones were enhanced with a warm blush and contour, and her lips were painted with a matte, nude hue.

Ishana and Dakota Fanning were spotted together on the red carpet, and they stopped for some priceless pictures. During the brief event picture session, the two exchanged a giggle at one point.

Her proud father, M. Night Shyamalan, was there too, looking dapper in a traditional black tuxedo.

He donned a black button-up underneath with purple floral accents, and he stepped into elegant black sneakers.

Later, Fanning was spotted grinning slightly while posing for a photo with her father and Ishana.

Olwen Fouéré also made an impression with a semi-sheer white flowery dress with layered material on the sides and a hem that ended at her knees.

The actress, who is Irish, chose to wear a black bralette underneath and added sheer black tights and closed-toe black heels.

She added a silver hoops earring on her left ear and chose to wear few other accessories so that her outfit served as the major attraction.

Olwen has a history in the horror genre; she has acted in movies like Tarot (2024) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022).

Siobhan Hewlett looked stunning in a bright yellow halter-style gown that swept down to the floor, channeling old Hollywood glamor.

The clothing had a deep, plunging neckline on the front for a seductive flare, and it was composed of a shimmering material. | BGNES
