Gildan Activewear, the major global apparel and sock manufacturer, has released its 20th ‘Environmental, Social, and Governance’ (ESG) report, in which it highlights its progress against key 2030 targets and the implementation of its ‘Next Generation ESG’ strategy.
The report shows that Gildan has already hit its target of reducing its absolute scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 30%, and scope 3 GHG emissions by 13.5% by 2030.
