This week, Salma Hayek surprised her admirers by running into fellow Hollywood actor Gerard Butler on her sun-soaked holiday in Ibiza.
The surprise encounter was documented by the Oscar-nominated actress,57, on Instagram on Thursday. She shared a number of photos of the 54-year-old actor of Olympus Has Fallen, reported HELLO.
Salma, who made headlines recently for her gorgeous boat bikini pictures, was as gorgeous as ever when she posed with Gerard and several others. Capturing Gerard in the caption, Salma wrote, "Nothing better than unexpected run-ins with friends on vacation," offering her fans a peek inside her glitzy retreat.
Salma may be seen grinning broadly in one of the photos while her arm is casually rested on Gerard's shoulder.

Gerard and Salma have never shared a screen, but they do have a professional relationship. Salma co-starred with Academy Award winner Adrien Brody in the 2016 thriller-drama Septembers of Shiraz, in which Gerard produced a role.
In order to promote the movie, Gerard went with Salma and Adrien to the Toronto International Film Festival in 2015, where it had its world debut. At the time, Gerard showed his support for Salma's efforts by encouraging followers to watch the movie on Facebook.
