Two More Heirs of Bernard Arnault Become Board Members of LVMH

The richest man in the world and CEO/Chairman of LVMH, Bernard Arnault, intends to turn the luxury goods company into a family business. Two more of Arnault's heirs have now been added to the LVMH board of directors.

Delphine, 49, and Antoine, 46, two of Arnault's children, are currently board members. They are joined by 31-year-old Alexandre, executive vice president of Tiffany's, and 28-year-old Frédéric, CEO of LVMH Watches and former CEO of Tag Heuer.

Given that the Arnault family holds 64.3% of the voting power, it should come as no surprise that at the most recent shareholder meeting, the two sons of Bernard won a vote of almost 93%. /BGNES
