Camila Cabello Managed the wardrobe malfunction like a true pro, even when her 2024 Met Gala dress ripped.

A small glitch in her costume wouldn't stop Camila Cabello from enjoying her Met Gala moment in 2024, reported People.

The 27-year-old singer of "I Luv It" revealed to media on the Met Gala carpet on May 6 that the distressing on her gown, designed with 250,000 Swarovski crystals, was inspired by the beauty in "things decaying over time."

However, Cabello had a major rip down the center of her gown at the end of the night, which had nothing to do with the outfit.

The former Fifth Harmony member is shown in pictures wearing her naked underwear underneath and with a tear in her dress that appears to have started at the thigh-high slit when she was returning from the gala to change for the afterparty.

Nevertheless, Cabello handled the slip-up like a pro, later using her glittering gold clutch to hide the rip while grinning for the cameras.

Cabello handled the fashion faux pas "with ease and just laughed it off," an eyewitness told Daily Mail, adding, "She was not going to let anything ruin her night."

Aside from the enormous quantity of crystals, Cabello's dress required 450 hours to produce and weighed 15 pounds.

At the Richie Akiva afterparty, the Cinderella actress donned a bold place-up leather outfit and posed for pictures with her friend Lil Nas X.

Cabello's "decaying" fashion moment of the evening wasn't limited to the outfit.

She carried a special Jane Wade ice block purse on the carpet, which had to be kept in a freezer prior to the reveal and contained a single rose.

On May 7, though, Cabello revealed via Instagram that the original plan for the accessory was to be a purse with a chain link strap. However, as the night wore on, she was forced to hold the lump of ice in her hands as a clutch because it had melted off. Even though the episode was a mistake, it happened to fit the narrative she was trying to convey with her appearance—that "everything is transient"./BGNES
