The sustainable clothing brand Lucy & Yak will relocate to Brighton's International House for their new corporate office.
The iconic building, which is next to Brighton train station, houses a mix of local and national tenants and has five stories of contemporary office space distributed over ground and lower ground floors for retail and recreational uses.
Lucy and Yak have agreed to a deal with property consultants Flude and have signed a new lease on the fourth floor.
"It's encouraging to see the local office occupier market picking up again, with many occupiers out looking and committing to space again," said Ed Deslandes, director of Flude. "We look forward to announcing news of additional office lettings set to complete in the coming weeks."
