Rita Ora's Bare Gown at the Emmys After-Party Proved Gothic Elegance

A translucent red carpet gown is something Rita Ora will always say yes to. Ora really is the queen of rocking the nude dress style.

At The Walt Disney Company's Emmy after-party last night, Ora continued to promote the trend when she was joined by her husband, director Taika Waititi. For the event, she dressed elegantly in a waterfall-style gothic dress. The black dress had a Victorian-inspired corseted silhouette and an off-the-shoulder ruffled bodice. The long skirt had exquisite floral embroidery all over it and was sheer. Ora wore her hair sleekly curled on one side and slicked back with a deep side part. She wore minimal jewelry and carried a black and gold clutch. All in all, the appearance was a gothic fantasy come true, reported InStyle.

This is merely Ora's most recent lighthearted interpretation of the traditional nude dress from the previous year. She looked great in a translucent black dress that partially hid her face in November of last year. She donned an outfit fashioned entirely of old bead strings to the May Met Gala. She went to the after-party in another barely-there dress that had a huge flower motif on it. She attended a Girls Aloud performance in London in July while sporting a transparent gold maxi dress. It appears that Ora will continue to be enamored with simple fashion for some years to come.

Ora wore her second outfit of the evening, a somber black dress. The singer's attire at the Emmy Awards had a very different vibe. Her first pale pink, strapless gown had a delicate mermaid form and a sweetheart neckline. She accessorized the dreamy dress with a feathery shawl that matched.
